Is hosting included in my care plan?
What's the difference between Starter and Pro hosting?
Starter is designed for small contractor and business websites with up to 1,000 visitors per month. Pro is built for growing businesses with higher traffic between 3,000 and 10,000 visitors per month and includes enhanced storage, daily backups, and priority support.
What is App Hosting and who is it for?
App Hosting is a dedicated server environment for custom built applications, CRMs, client portals, and business management software like Perfex. It includes full OS maintenance, advanced security, and priority support — everything you need to run a business-critical application reliably.
Can I transfer my existing website to your hosting?
Yes. We offer free migration for standard small business websites. For more complex sites or applications a migration fee of $300 applies. We’ll audit your site first and let you know before any work begins.
Do you offer email hosting?
We don’t host email directly but we set up and manage Google Workspace for all our clients starting at $7 per user per month. It’s the most reliable email solution for small businesses and integrates seamlessly with everything else you’re using. If you’d like us to setup your email infrastructure, we bill hourly at $130/hour.
What happens if my site goes down?
We monitor all hosted sites and applications 24/7. If your site goes down we’re notified immediately and our team responds to resolve it — you don’t have to call us, we’re already on it.
Do you provide SSL certificates?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes a free SSL certificate so your site is secure and trusted by Google and your visitors.
What is your cancellation policy?
How does billing work?
Hosting is billed monthly through your 360PRO portal. Payments are auto-billed via monthly or annual subscription. Failure to pay after 60 days will result in suspension of your website and a $35 account recovery fee will be assessed.
