Jack, and his team at Tenya360, have always been professional and very responsive for all of our Web hosting and update needs. Anytime I reach out with questions or requests I always receive a fast and friendly response. Jack is very knowledgeable about all aspects of website creation, updates, hosting, security and analytics. Since Tenaya360 took over hosting our site, over seven years ago, we’ve had very few issues which was not the case with our previous website host provider. I have had an excellent experience working with Jack and his team at Tenaya360.  I brought Jack on board because I was developing a new business and needed an additional website and I was having some challenges with my previous web host, who was changing direction.  So my current site was not getting the attention I wanted.  Jack understood the vision for both my sites, transitioned the old one to a new host, fixed all the errors, monitors it regularly and keeps it running smoothly.  If I have changes they are made promptly. He created the new site based on what I requested in a timely and affordable manner and has since done some changes and updates.  All to my satisfaction. If I want to make any changes his team responds promptly and keeps me informed.  I appreciate his business model as I'm not bombarded with invoices.  Although I am a small business, my needs are a priority for the team, not something that always happens for small entrepreneurs.
