Yes, we offer a free website migration service for standard small business websites to help you seamlessly transfer your website to our platform with minimal downtime. If the website requires a lot of time and preparation, a migration fee of $300 will be assessed. 

No, we believe in transparent pricing, and all fees are clearly listed on our pricing page. You won’t encounter any hidden charges.

No we do not. However, we use Google Workspace as our email service partner and can help you get setup through our Email Setup Service billed via Support Credits.

We have a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Unlike other hosting companies, if your website goes down, through our advanced monitoring service, we are notified immediately and dispatch our hosting team to resolve the problem. 

We offer daily automated backups for your website. If you need to revert your website to an older backup, simply submit a support ticket and our team will take care of it.

No, each website needs its own plan. 

Yes, all of our hosting plans come with a free SSL certificate to ensure your website is secure and trusted by visitors.

There are no setup fees for our hosting plans, but we may charge for additional services like website migration or premium features and extra data storage.

Billing is recurring and manged through our online portal. You’ll be charged monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You can update or cancel your billing preferences at any time.

We require 30 days cancellation notice for our hosting plans. You will have that time to receive a downloaded copy of your website to deploy elsewhere. If you fail to pay our hosting fees for a period of 30 days, we will suspend your website until payment is received.

We provide 24/7 customer support via email and support ticketing. Our priority support via phone is available M-F, 9AM – 5PM PST.
