Referral Program Disclaimer

1. Eligibility: The $100 account credit is available to current Tenaya360 clients who refer new small business customers. The referred client must sign up for a paid service plan with Tenaya360.

2. Credit Usage: The $100 account credit can be applied to:

   • Your next month’s service fee.
   • Support tickets for website changes.
   • Web hosting fees.

3. Limits:

   • Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
   • Credits are applied only after the referred client completes their first full payment.

4. Program Terms:

   • Tenaya360 reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   • Abuse or fraudulent use of the referral program will result in disqualification from the program.

5. Time Frame: Referral credits must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issuance.
