Login to the 360 portal at app.tenaya360.com
Overview
This is your home page in the 360 portal. From here you can view your analytics overview and daily visits, along with the widgets at the top for Support Tickets, Website Projects and Billing Management.
Create a New Ticket
Create a new ticket. In this section you provide the subject for your ticket, describing what its for, then the description of your request. Click save and your ticket is submitted to our team for processing.
Support Ticket Management
In the support ticketing section you will find all your support requests with Tenaya360. You can see tickets that are still open, in-progress, answered, on-hold or closed after completion.
My Projects
Your My Projects section is where you see all your active and past projects with Tenaya360. Our process is transparent, so you are able to see what we are delivering to you and when we are delivering it.
Project Details
When you click on a project, you are able to see in-depth on your project. We provide access to project fees, tasks we are completing, timesheets, file sharing and more.
Website Analytics
This page is our Website Analytics page. It provides an in-depth overview of your site data and analytics traffic. Unique Visitors = unique people that visit your website. Total Visits = total amount of visits your website got (could be by the same person multiple times). Your Bounce Rate is the percentage of people that only view 1 page before leaving your website.
Analytics Sources
Here you can see your traffic sources. This data shows where your visitors are coming from, what device they are using and the top pages that are visited on your website. If Search Console is enabled on your plan, you will see what keyphrases are searched for when clicking on each individual traffic source.
Profile
Your profile page is where you can edit some of your personal information.
Company Details
Your Company Details page shows info about your company.
Billing / Invoices
On the billing and invoices page you'll find your open invoices and previously paid invoices. If you have an open invoice, this is where you go to pay it.
Subscriptions
On our Subscriptions page this is where you will sign-up and activate any subscription services with Tenaya360. This includes Search Marketing, Website Maintenance and Website Hosting.
Update Credit Card
Have an expired or new card? Update your credit card on the Credit Card page.
