What are Support Credits?

Support Credits are 30-minute units used for website content updates or to purchase our marketing services.

What's included in my 360 Support Plan?

It includes core theme, plugin and theme updates, security checks, T360 Firewall, daily cloud backups, performance monitoring, managed hosting access to our Tenaya360 Platform and 1 Support Credit.

How do I submit support requests?

Submit requests through the Tenaya360 portal using the Support Ticketing feature, and our team will handle them.

How often can I submit support requests for my website?

You can submit requests anytime. Your plan includes 1 support credit. Additional credits will be added to your account and made available for payment. 

What if I have multiple websites?

Each site needs its own plan, with discounts available for multiple sites. Each additional site receives a 20% discount.

How do I pay for your service?

Payments are made via our online portal using Stripe as a secure payment method. Our 360 Support Plan is a monthly or annual subscription and Support Credits are available for purchase in your portal.

How long are your subscriptions? Can I change plans?

Subscriptions are flexible and can be changed month-to-month or annually. We only offer one plan type for our support packages.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your Account Dashboard > Subscriptions. Please email support@tenaya360.com to confirm cancellation and notify us of the reason you are cancelling.

Support Credits Explained:

1 Credit = 30 Mins of Service

Support credits are used as a way for us to keep track of time. Each credit equals 1/2 hour of billable service on your website or they can be used with our add-on services like our Google ADs Manager or Search Engine Optimization Program. For a website update that takes 30 mins or less, you'll use 1 credit. Over 30 mins and under an hour, you'll use 2 credits.

Credit Pricing

Our support credits cost $65. This is used for all requests that are 30 mins or less. If you submit a ticket and it takes 25 mins to complete, the credit cost will be $65.
