Q. What’s included in the Website Care Plan?
The 360 Support Package provides comprehensive website maintenance, including weekly software updates, website security, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring, and access to our 360 Portal. You also receive one support credit per month.
Q. How do I access the 360 Portal?
You can access the 360 Portal via a secure login on our website using the button: Portal Login in the navigation menu. The link is also found here: app.tenaya360.com
The portal offers a centralized location for tracking updates, billing management, files, support requests, and more.
Q. How often will my website receive software updates?
Your website will receive weekly updates to ensure that all software, plugins, and themes are up-to-date with the latest security patches and performance improvements.
Q. How does the free hack remediation work?
If your website is hacked, we will provide free remediation to clean up the issue. This includes removing malware, restoring your site to a secure state, and implementing fixes to prevent future attacks.
Q. Will I be notified if there’s a security threat on my website?
No, we take care of all security issues so you don’t have to worry about it. That’s part of our service. Our 24/7 security monitoring service will notify our team immediately if any threats are detected. We will take swift action to resolve the issue and ensure your website remains secure.
Q. Are my website backups stored securely?
Yes, all website backups are stored securely in our robust cloud infrastructure. Daily backups ensure that your data is safe and retrievable in case of any issues.
Q. Are there any additional fees for the services included in the Website Care Plan?
No, the services outlined in the package are included at a fixed monthly price. However, additional support credits can be purchased separately if needed.
Q. How do I pay for the Website Care Plan?
Billing is recurring and manged through our online portal. You’ll be charged monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You can update or cancel your billing preferences at any time.
Q. What's your cancellation policy?
We require 30 days cancellation notice for our hosting plans. If you are on a promotional offer with free website hosting, you will be required to purchase a full year of hosting if you cancel your 360 Support Package or move your website elsewhere. You will have that time to receive a downloaded copy of your website to deploy elsewhere. If you fail to pay our billing fees for a period of 45 days, we will suspend your plan until payment is received. If you are on a hosting plan, this may result in the suspension of your website which would cause it to be unavailable to the public.
Q. What is a support credit and how can I use it?
A support credit is a half hour of service and is included each month with your 360 Support Package. It can be used for technical assistance, troubleshooting, or minor updates to your website. If you need additional support, you can purchase extra credits. Purchasing a credit pack can save you money. Support credits are issued monthly and cannot be rolled over to the next month. Be sure to use them within the current billing period!
Q. How can I use my support credit?
You can use your monthly support credit to request help for website issues, technical questions, or minor updates. Additional credits are available for purchase and can be used on the following services: Website Content Updates, Additional Page Creation, Creation and Sending of Newsletters, Marketing Consulting, Online Presence Management, Digital Consulting for Hotels/Lodging, Google Ads Management and Graphic Design.
Q. How long does it take to resolve support tickets?
We aim to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours. If it’s a quick fix it can be completed within 24 hours. If its a project request, additional time may be required. If you have a rush job, we are happy to help in a timely fashion.
