What are Support Credits?

Support credits are how we manage your website updates and marketing program. Each credit is equal to 30 mins per service. Our credits are priced at $55. Our Base Plan includes 30 minutes of website updates and changes per month. This will be billed after the submission of your support ticket. The Advanced plan includes 3 hours of service per month while the Enterprise plan is our full marketing suite and includes a combined 25 hours of service per month with a monthly meeting and weekly updates from our team.

What's included in my Tenaya360 Maintenance Plan?

All plans include access to our online portal and 360 Maintenance Package: 24/7 Uptime Monitoring, Daily Site Backups, 24/7 Emergency Support, Website Analytics Integration, Performance Monitoring, Security & Firewall Protection, Daily Malware Scanning, Hack Remediation, Daily Manual Site Checks, Safe Update Protocol and content updates.

How do I submit support requests?

Support requests are handled through our Support Ticketing feature in our online portal. Simply add a new ticket and our support team will review your ticket and provide an estimate of support credits to be deducted from your account. Our Base plan customers will receive Support Ticketing Access and purchase credits when their Support Ticket is opened.

How often can I submit support requests for my website?

You can submit as many support tickets as you'd like. If support credits are available with your plan, we will deduct credits from your account until we exhaust them. If you are on the Base plan and do not have included credits, simply submit a support ticket and we will provide an estimate of credits for the support ticket or project. Credits are payable prior to the completion of the support ticket. 1 Support Credit = 1/2 Hour of service on your website.

What if I have multiple websites?

If you have multiple websites that you want us to manage and support, there is an additional fee of $119 per website, not including website hosting. For smaller websites (1000 visitors or less per month), we will include website hosting in the $119 additional fee. For larger websites, our hosting fees will be additional costs ranging from $50 - $250 per month.

How do I pay for your service?

You will receive a login to our Tenaya360 portal upon sign-up for our maintenance plans. Under the user menu dropdown you will see Subscriptions. Click on it and enable your Subscription by clicking subscribe. Payments are auto recurring and securely processed through Stripe. 

How long are your subscriptions? Can I change plans?

You can switch plans at any time. We do not have minimum commitments. No refunds on monthly or annual plans. Contact hello@tenaya360.com to switch plans.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription by emailing hello@tenaya360.com. Your account manager will reach out to confirm cancellation of your plan.

Support Credits

Use Support Credits for website updates and marketing support. 

Support Credits Explained:

1 Credit = 30 Mins of Service

Support credits are used as a way for us to keep track of time. Each credit equals 1/2 hour of billable service on your website or they can be used with our add-on services like our Google ADs Manager or Search Engine Optimization Program. For a website update that takes 30 mins or less, you'll use 1 credit. Over 30 mins and under an hour, you'll use 2 credits.

Credit Pricing

Our support credits cost $65. This is used for all requests that are 30 mins or less. If you submit a ticket and it takes 25 mins to complete, the credit cost will be $65.
